Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (AGM)

The Trustees of Kiwinui Trust (Rangitaiki 31P 3F) give notice that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Beneficial Owners will be held on Saturday, 21 November 2026 at Rangitaiki Memorial Hall.

Whānau and beneficial owners of Kiwinui Trust (Rangitaiki 31P 3F) are cordially invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Agenda items include: Karakia & Mihimihi, Apologies, Confirmation of 2025 AGM Minutes, Chairman’s Operations & Forestry Report, Presentation of Audited Financial Statements for year ending 31 March 2026, Forestry Silviculture and Re-planting Programme, and General Business.

Beneficiaries wishing to update shareholder contact records or bank account details are encouraged to contact the Trust secretary prior to the meeting.
